Which size jewelry should I order?
Each product page contains links to size charts. Please use these as a reference and also consider any specific size instructions for the product itself.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Silver jewelry can be cleaned with silver polish. For gold-plated and gold jewelry, please contact us.
Will you notify me about new releases?
Absolutely. Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram, or read our blog. We post about product updates, sales, and special events.
Do you accept designs from other designers?
No. All our jewelry is designed by Line Vanden Bogaerde.
Do you make custom jewelry?
We primarily make custom engagement and wedding rings. But feel free to contact us, and we may be able to accommodate your request.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping within Belgium for in-stock items takes two business days after payment is received. International shipping can take three to five business days, depending on the destination and customs formalities. For out-of-stock items, allow five to ten business days, depending on the product. Please contact us for more details on shipping.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Standard shipping within Belgium is done via DPD; international orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Mail.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your country and the size of your order. You can easily calculate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and using the "Calculate shipping cost" button.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Please note that additional costs and fees may be charged by the customs authorities of the country in question.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard, as well as payments with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, PayPal, iDEAL and Bancontact.
How secure is this webshop?
Your order is processed through Shopify Payments. All sensitive payment information is automatically encrypted from your computer to ours using the highly secure SSL protocol.
Can I also buy a gift voucher?
Absolutely, and they are valid indefinitely. You can order gift vouchers here.
Do you offer special prices for wholesale or bulk purchases?
Yes, although we do screen the stores or companies that wish to sell our products beforehand to ensure a good match. If you would like more information about this, please contact us with some background information about your store or company.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn jewelry can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip or email confirmation with the returned product. Damaged jewelry can be exchanged for new items, which will then be delivered to you free of charge. Please contact us with any questions regarding returns and exchanges.

Warranty
Each piece of jewelry purchased comes with a 2-year statutory warranty.
